On basic tendencies of Russian personalizm

The paper considers philosophical and historical views of a prominent Russian historian V.O. Klyuchevsky on the problem of comprehension of history as a process taking place in real space and time. The author points out that Klyuchevsky took into account originality of each nation considering it a subject of history.

On the problem of personality in the philosophy of G. Fedotov

In paper the characteristic of mineral-raw and economic potential of the Russian Federation’s North is given. Immediate prospects of development of Northwest of Russia, as uniform regional economic system are examined. The conclusion has drawn that high potential opportunities of this region of the country in the long term, with necessary state support, can promote the solution of many important problems of development of all economic complex of the Russian Federation.
